Top police bosses have been meeting to strategize on how to deal with Opposition's Tuesday swearing in.
Details have now emerged that one of the cards on the table is to put all NASA leaders under house arrest to ensure they do not go to Uhuru Park for the 'illegal' gathering.
Sources said this will ensure the gathering misses the much needed triumphantly.
Intel is being analysed to know where the leaders will be as many might not spend Monday night in their usual homes.
Those marked for house arrest, sources said, is Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi, James Orengo, Simba Arati among others.
Nairobi police boss Japhet Koome has gone public that they will not allow anyone at Uhuru Park on Tuesday.
