Angry protestors momentarily blocked Narc-Kenya leader Martha Karua from entering the Kerugoya Law Courts Monday morning for the hearing of the petition she filed against the election of Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru.
Chanting anti-NASA slogans and waving placards, the protestors barricaded the road to block Karua’s vehicle.
Karua was with her lawyer Gitobu Imanyara.
The rowdy protestors accused Karua of being a NASA agent and said they would not allow a Jubilee victory to be overturned.
Police had to be called to scatter the protestors before the court hearing could proceed.
By this time, Justice Lucy Gitari had put aside her file after she failed to show up in court on time.
