Police officers from the Flying Squad on Wednesday seized five luxury cars along Mombasa Road in Nairobi over tax evasion.
According to the Star, the officers were on routine patrol when they impounded the vehicles and took them to the county police headquarters.

In a statement from Kenya Revenue Authority, the five were among some 300 vehicles profiled earlier in the year over tax evasion and improper registration procedures.
KRA also intercepted a container at the Port of Mombasa ferrying two Range Rovers which had been wrongly declared.
The Range Rovers had been declared as bicycles though information from the intelligence and follow up scans showed otherwise.
