The most affected sections are between Fly Over trading center and Kinoo with visibility at times reduced to near zero.

Over the weekend, motorists were stranded on the highway for over two hours following an accident involving five personal cars near Kinale forest.

Kinangop OCPD Yawa Chome called on motorists to desist from careless overtaking noting that this was the main cause of the accidents.

“The heavy fog on the section of the road has adversely affected flow of traffic and we are urging motorists to be very keen and avoid careless overtaking,” he said.
