According to an M-Pesa agent James Motoki, former Bomariba ward MCA aspirant Thomas Nyangaresi borrowed Sh3,500 from him in September last year but the politician has refused to refund the money back until today.

Motoki said the politician has gone into hiding in Nairobi.

He said the politician has been ignoring phone calls and messages.

“I have tried to reach him so that he can refund the money he promised to refund within a week but in vain. My phone calls have gone unanswered and he is not replying to messages,” said Motoki.

Motoki appealed police officers in Igonga division to arrest the politician anywhere they will spot him.

“I am calling on police officers led by Igonga administration police post boss Nicholas Omondi Olago to arrest the politician so that he can refund back my money,” he said.

Nyangaresi vied for Bomariba ward MCA seat on ANC party ticket on August 8, 2017, polls but lost to Protus Moindi of ODM.
