A politician has been killed by unknown assailants.

The 2017 MCA aspirant for Ukunda ward was attacked on Tuesday night by unknown gunmen. 

Kombo Gude is said to have been shot dead while in company of his friend Nassib Diti at Ukunda, Kwale county.

Two other people were injured during the attack. 

Msambweni police boss oseph Chebusit confirmed the incident.
