Politicians have been urged to work together to solve the disputes at the border town of Keroka since the issue is affecting the residents.
Reverend Joseph Ombicha said some politicians are politicising the issue to achieve political mileage rather than solve the problem.
He has cautioned the leaders against throwing hands at each rather they should sit down together and help solve the issue at hand, then politics later.
“Some leaders are forgetting their main duty is to serve the citizens. Attacking one another will not solve the issue at hand but increase tension and suspicion," said Ombicha.
"Sit together and find a way forward to handle the issue rather than going public and condemning each other," he said.
He has advised the government to sit down with the leaders of the people affected by the demolitions and help reach a solution.
“It is by the work we do that we will be judged at the end of time but not the noise we make out there,” he said.
