Kajiado Centaral MP Elijah Meusi has now called on former President Moi's son Gideon to join the National Super Alliance(NASA) movement saying it is the best alternative for the Kanu Party.
Speaking in Bomet on Saturday, the MP advised Moi to look beyond his friendship with President Uhuru Kenyatta and decide as a leader to lead his people on the right path in the run up to the August polls.
"I want to advice my brother Gideon that politics is not about friendship. Our father Moi once told Saitoti that politics is not about friendship," he said
"Even if Gideon is a friend to Uhuru in leadership it is different. He should join us we build a new country together," he added.
The MP also called upon the NASA principals to be ready to make sacrifices to relive Kenya from the Jubilee government.
"I am calling upon Raila, Kalonzo, Wetang'ula and Mudavadi to make sacrifices because this is not about the but it is about building a new Kenya,' he said.
