Sofapaka’s three-match winning streak that involved them scoring a total of 11 matches came to sudden end on Sunday when they played Posta Rangers on Sunday.

The Sportpesa Premier League match that was played in Narok ended 1-1.

Posta Rangers took the lead 11 minutes into the second half midfielder Kennedy Otieno tapping in a loose ball.

On-form striker Ezekiel Okare cancelled Otieno’s effort on 89 minutes ruthlessly exploiting some slack play by Rangers at the back.

In another match staged at the Muhoroni Stadium, Chemelil overcame Muhoroni Youth, thanks to a goal by Collins Neto.

Neto pounced on a cross from Yusuf Juma to bury the ball behind Muhoroni goalkeeper Salim Sowedi in the 74th minute.

This was the sugar millers’ first win in seven matches, and saw them rise to 10th place on the League table.
