Put some work into your interior design. Watch your bodylanguage whenever you are trying to make a sale. Project confidence and a sense that you are sure about what service or product you are offering. Maintain a proper posture to add to your credibility. Put on that smile, use a pleasant tone, maintain eye contact and have a strong and firm handshake. There is a lot of emotion that goes into buying a product of service. Do not at all underestimate how you make your potential customer feel. If they are feeling happy and relaxed, their mood can even push them to impulse buying. Have a comfortable waiting area and offer refreshments if possible. As a business owner, make your employees happy so they extend the same courtesy to your clients. No one likes walking into a business premise and finding stressed out employees.
