Addressing the press, Tuesday, the lawmakers said Jubilee stole the people’s votes and the people’s victory in the August 8 polls, and so they had the legitimate role to stand up and demand that their votes count and their victory be restored. The ODM party leaders also accused Jubilee of trying to bully the Judiciary by passing judgment on the NASA presidential petition, filed at the Supreme Court, contesting re-election of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto."Jubilee is also trying to bully the Judiciary by passing judgment on a case properly before the courts. That is what they are trying to do by passing illiterate and panicky judgment on a case that is yet to begin.
