A pregnant woman is among two people who perished at the notorious Salgaa blackspot on Monday night.

The two died when the matatu they were travelling in rolled several times.

The incident occurred at around 11 pm.

Molo police boss Daniel Kamanza said eight others were injured.

"Eight people were injured. Two were admitted with fractures while six were treated and discharged," he said.
