Richard Tong'i says he is ready to face his opponents in August polls adding that he is confident of a victory.
The Nyaribari Chache MP was elected to parlaiment following a by-election in 2014 after the victory of former MP Chris Bichage was annulled by a Kisumu court.
"In my life, I have never feared anybody and that is the trend. I am ready to face my opponents at any time," Tong'i said at Esamba Primary on Friday.
"They have no agenda and I challenge them to table their achievements since most of them have served as parliamentarians. We should not run away from reality," he added.
He is facing stiff competition from former MPs Chris Bichage and Robert Monda.
Tong'i also urged locals to vote for Jubilee Party in August given its 'tremendous' development record in Kisii County.
