Roba says that the the former Prime Minister (PM) has refused to retire gracefully even after being defeated in the presidential election several times.
Speaking to journalists in Mandera Town on Sunday, Roba said that Riala and his NASA troops will be humiliated once again in the fresh presidential election.
He said that Raila does not have the numbers, adding that Uhuru will defeat him with over 3 million votes.
"Raila Odinga has refused to retire gracefully and he should now prepare for the worst defeat in his political career," he said as quoted by the Standard.
Governor Roba while faulting the Supreme court ruling that nullified Uhuru's re-election assured Jubilee party of North Eastern votes.
Roba said that the Northern region will stand with Jubilee and ensure Uhuru retains power.
Governor Roba at the same time criticised NASA calls for disbandment of the IEBC.
He said that IEBC should be left to conduct the fresh election, adding that disbanding the electoral commission will lead to constitutional crisis.
Governor Roba called on Kenyans to remain united as they wait for the repeat presidential election which is to be conducted in 60 days as ordered by the Supreme court judges.
