While being vetted by the National assembly Justice and Legal Affairs Commission on Thursday, Wabukhala was warned that the job could prove to be tougher than he assumes with Emurrua Dikkir lawmaker Johanna Ngeno telling him to prepare for a bumpy ride.

"Honestly, I pity you because we are putting you into a den of wolves, I can't wait to see how you will encounter graft," said Ngeno.

However, Wabukhala maintained that he is ready to run the Integrity House and tame the corruption menace further saying that he will not allow himself or his juniors to be manipulated or influenced by culprits.

"I assure you that i will not allow any forces to interfere with my job, I will perform my duties according to the law, " said Wabukahala.

Wabukhala also said that he has a clearly spelled out strategy to stick to after getting the job.

"My first step will be to stabilize the commission before we undertake the other steps," he added.
