Garissa Town MP Aden Duale has asked National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders to accept defeat if they lose in the August 8 general elections.
Duale claims that the opposition has the tendency of disputing poll results even in circumstances where they have been genuinely beaten.
The Garissa Town MP says that NASA leaders should prepare themselves for a humiliating defeat on August 8.
“The opposition should brace up for a humiliating defeat in August and be ready to accept the poll results,” said Duale as quoted by the Daily Nation.
The leader of Majority in the National Assembly exuded confidence that Jubilee will trounce NASA in the August polls, adding that they have enough numbers to guarantee President Uhuru Kenyatta’s re-election.
The Garissa MP claimed that Jubilee will win the August polls with over 3 Million votes.
Duale has been criticizing NASA saying that the alliance has no agenda for Kenyans, and that they are a tribal outfit that cannot offer alternative leadership.
NASA on the other hand says that it is determined to send Jubilee government packing in the August 8 polls.
During a rally in Mathare last week, NASA leaders hit out at Jubilee government accusing it of failing to provide the right leadership.
The NASA leaders vowed to address the challenges facing the country among them corruption, unemployment, insecurity and famine if they form government in August.
