If elected, he said his government would provide free medical care, education, social security and employment to Kenyan citizens.

''Under my administration I will provide free medical health care for all citizens, free education from pre-unit all the way to the university, create employment for citizens above 18-years by creating over five million jobs a year and make Kenya debt-free with the first five years,'' he affirmed.

The presidential candidate blamed both the Jubilee government and the Opposition for the problems Kenya is going through.

''My joining the race as Independent Candidate 2017 is to address the runway insecurity in the nation whereby the government and the Opposition has been increasing military budget and recently spent over 45 billion buying junk yard armory carriers,'' he added, Friday.
