Two Burundian officials were on Thursday imprisoned for allegedly conspiring with a local team to unleash a rough tackle on President Pierre Nkurunziza, reports the BBC.

And according to AFP, his team faced a team from the northern town of Kiremba, whose players comprises of Congolese refugees in which the president is said to have nursed 'hard tackles;.
