“When you see an illegitimate government hold demonstrations against the #Judiciary - an arm of government - know that it has surrendered,” Miguna said on Tuesday.
Through his Twitter page, the philanthropic political commentator argued that the Jubilee government was jittery after failing in the August elections.
He had said that the “panic” exhibited by the ruling Jubilee was a clear sign that Raila Odinga (NASA) won the August poll.
He tweeted; “Based on the unprecedented panic @UKenyatta & @WilliamsRuto have exhibited, i believe that @RailaOdinga won on August 8th.”
Miguna, who served as a political advisor in Raila Odinga’s office when he was prime minister insinuated that the call for recount of ballots by Jubilee sympathizers was not feasible due to stuffing of fake ballot papers in the August election.
“You will not count the fake ballot papers you stuffed with the connivance of @ezrachiloba and his thugs,” Miguna said.
The debate over the Supreme Court’s decision to annul President Uhuru Kenyatta’s August victory has witnessed myriad remarks with pro Jubilee groups terming it a coup on people’s will as their NASA rivals hail it as a landmark ruling that surpassed standards of electoral landscape in Africa.
The Supre Court will be giving its full ruling today Wednesday September, 20.
