President Uhuru Kenyatta on Thursday received the report of the tribunal appointed to investigate the conduct of High Court Judge Justice Joseph Mutava.
The report was presented to the President at State House, Nairobi, by the tribunal led by its Chairperson Justice David Maraga and Vice-Chair, Mrs Jedidah Ntoyai.
Other members of the tribunal who accompanied Justice Magara were Lady Justice Maureen Odero, Justice David Majanja, Mr Omesh Kapila, Prof Patricia Kameri-Mbote, Mr Lawrence Mute, and Joint Secretaries Ms Mugure Gituro and Mr Tom Nyamorata.
President Kenyatta congratulated members of the tribunal for the devotion to their work which led to the submission of the report within the legal timelines.
