President Uhuru Kenyatta is expected at the Subukia shrine Saturday October in Nakuru to join catholic faithfuls as they observe the chuch's national prayer day.
Uhuru is expected to sneak in politics during his address to the faithfuls.
Catholic faithfuls have come from as far as Western, Nyanza, Eldoret among other regions in the country.
Pundits said religion has become a powerful mobilization tool as the country gears towards the presidential poll.
Religious faithfuls are known to hold moderate beliefs and shun any altercation that might put a country into animosity.
