“Kenya will not be made great by one community but by appreciating each other, our diversity is not a challenge,” he said.

“I want to assure you there will be peace before, during and after elections. We have to acknowledge that Kenya will be there after election, and long after all of us are gone,” he added.

On his part, Deputy President William Ruto who was also in attendance called on the church to pray for leaders, thanking the congregants for supporting President Kenyatta through his first term in office.

“We want to thank God for enabling us achieve a lot in the shortest period under the leadership of President Kenyatta,” he said.
