President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy William Ruto on Monday asked residents in Garissa County to vote for Jubilee on the October 26 presidential elections.
Addressing supporters at Garissa Primary School playing field President Kenyatta said the residents in Garissa should give him a second term to complete the projects he initiated.
The President said the Jubilee administration is committed to implementing the free maternity program, last mile project, building roads and hospitals among other projects in the region.

“On the October 26, turn out in large numbers and vote for Jubilee so that we can beat Raila Odinga by a bigger margin compared to August 8 elections.”
“Our opponents have no agenda for the country, they believe the way to ascend to power is through chaos,” said President Kenyatta.
The President and his Deputy were accompanied by Garissa Governor Ali Korane, Garissa Township MP Aden Duale, who is also the majority leader in the National Assembly, MPs Yussuf Hassan (Kamukunji), Abdi Omar Shurie (Balambala), Abdikarim Osman (Fafi) and Dadaab’s Mohamed Dahiye.
