[Photo|ntv]The lawyer representing Jubilee Party's President Uhuru Kenyatta in the ongoing presidential petition Fredrick Ngatia, has admitted that the first results was streamed in, at 5:07pm.Presenting response before the Supreme Court, Tuesday, Ngatia said it did not take long for the IEBC election officers in the August 8 polls, at the Narok Prison, in Narok County, to count and transmit the results through the KIEMS kit, to the National tallying centre.Ngatia sided with the National Super Alliance (Nasa) complaints that results started streaming in at the said time, despite voting ending at the IEBC set time, 5:00pm."It is true that results started streaming in at 5:07pm as said by the petitioner. But you should know that not every polling station had the maximum 700 number of voters," said Ngatia."This polling station, Narok Prison, had a total of 10 votes. Kenyatta got 6 votes while Odinga got 4 votes from this polling station. So how long does it take for one to count 10 votes," he argued.Nasa had raised concerns that the results started streaming in too early after voting ended.
