Presidential aspirant and Nyamira Senator Kennedy Okong’o has accused President Uhuru Kenyatta of failing Kenyans on matters development.
Okong’o claims Uhuru has failed to deliver development projects to Kenyans for the past four years he has been in power thus the need for the electorate to vote him out in the forthcoming elections.
Speaking on Monday in Sironga, Okong’o alleged that the President has been flouting the constitution and he will make sure he goes home after the polls.
“Kenyans elected President Kenyatta to deliver development but he has done nothing and that is why when we resume Parliament, I will table an impeachment motion against him so that we can have a new president who is development-conscious,” said Okong’o.
“We want development and not leadership which breaks the laws from time to time,” he added.
Okong’o promised to foster development to Kenyans if elected as the president in the August 8 general election.
