Kenya’s 2017 General Election continues to appeal as more presidential aspirants line up their distinctive selling points to electorates.
Besides the Jubilee Party, CORD and NASA push and pull theatrics a new Presidential hopeful Cliff Mboya, on Friday lodged his major proposals that would shape the country once he gets into the much-coveted office.
Mboya said he would transfer the central administrative role Nairobi plays to Isiolo as a responsive action in line with Vision 2030.
The youthful contender says corruption cartels have infiltrated the city making it a ‘graft saturated city’.
‘We will roll out an immediate plan to move State House to the new capital as proposed in the vision 2030 agenda.’ Mboya is quoted by The Star.
He further said his outfit would nominate members of the executive who will be known to the public before assuming office.
The fresh-blood told local media he would re-launch investigations into all corruption cases to be conducted by ‘patriotic and independent people’.
The aspirant said as an agenda number one, he would legislate a death penalty to persons charged for graft-related cases.
Mboya rebuked the current social state which he claimed they are a result of greed, poor leadership and lack of role models.
