Wiper deputy party leader Shakilla Abdalla wants acting Interior CS Fred Matiang'i investigated over his association with outlawed killer group; Chinkororo.
Abdalla, former Lamu County women rep accused National Cohesion and Integration Commission chairman Francis ole Kaparo of turning a deaf ear to Matiang'i's remarks.
"Cs Matiang'i seemed to suggest that the killer group chinkororo was regrouping but NCIC has done nothing about it. The poses a threat to the security of Kenyans especially NASA supporters who will not take part in the repeat of presidential polls scheduled for Thursday," she said.
Abdalla said if it was a leader allied to opposition, NCIC could have rushed to investigate the matter.
"Leaders allied to Jubilee must be probed as well not only those in the opposition. NCIC should do its mandate as required by the law", she added.
She noted that NASA will not be part in the planned election since opposition's demands were not met by the the electoral body.
