Kisii University based professors have launched a book which touches on conflict management in the workplace.
Speaking to journalists at the Kisii hotel, Professor Charles Kombo and his counterpart Erick Onsongo said that various workplace are in need of solutions to various disagreements.
Mr Kombo also added that our libraries should get the books touching on conflict resolution to enable students to learn how to cope with conflicts.
''The aim of us launching this book is because we need to reduce the essence of people running to the court of laws for justice even on a small issue," Kombo said.
He encouraged the people to read books touching on conflict management since they educate people on how to get out of trouble when they have the conflict management skills.
On the education sector, Mr Kombo and his counterpart Mr Oonsongo said that the schools and various learning institutions need to have enough books in their libraries to overcome shortages.
