Owner of Nairobi's Ranalo Foods was on Thursday shot and injured in the Kasarani area.

He is said to have been assaulted by Oywa Mboya who however claimed that the owner of the restaurant confronted him first.

This happened before police moved in and disarmed Mboya who is also a licenced firearm holder.

Osewe was initially rushed to AAR Healthcare in Mountain Mall before he was transferred to the Aga Khan Hospital.

Ranalo, also known as K’Osewe, is the place prominent politicians and businessmen go to eat fish.
