According to reports, the fire started around 4am when the pupils were out for morning preps.
School principal David Muthike confirmed that no pupil who was injured in the incident.
“The cause of the fire is still unknown but we suspect an electric fault,” said Muthike.
The dormitory accommodated around 300 pupils.
County firefighters arrived on the scene at around 8.30am when the fire had already destroyed everything.
Police have already commenced investigations.
