Property of unknown value was lost after a heavy inferno gutted down a house in Molo town behing B.P petrol station on wednesday night.
Efforts by members of public to contain the fire hit a hard rock due to lack of proper fire extinguishing mechanism.
This comes barely a week after another fire razed down several houses in Michatha area in molo leaving over 40 families homeless.
Area member of parliament called on the county government to provide a fire engine to Molo sub-county.
"I thank all who battled the ranging inferno and urge the county government to provide molo sub county with a fire engine since this is a fully devolved function." The Mp said. The cause of the inferno is yet to be established.
