Bahati MP Kimani Nguniiri has hit out at his Embakassi East counterpart Babu Owino over his numerous public utterances.
Addressing media in Nakuru on Tuesday, Ngunjiri told Owino to stop making utterances that do not help the country.
“Babu Owino was elected to represent his people in the National assembly but not to be vocal out there and therefore I call upon him to face us in parliament and present his views there rather than inciting Kenyans,” he said.
Ngunjiri said a time has come that all elected leaders should undergo a medical test before running for office.
“I am asking the government that we can consider amending the laws so that every elected leader undergoes psychiatric test to know whether they are sane or insane. This will help shape this country,” he said.
