Kisii County Jubilee secretary general, Isaac Omweri said Kisii residents have not been fully involved in making decisions on which projects should be initiated.

"Public participation in Kisii County is poor and most residents are not aware of the projects the county intends to initiate. Ongwae should involve the members of the public to give their views on projects that will be initiated," said Omweri.

Mr Omweri stated that Jubilee leadership will keep a close watch on Governor Ongwae's leadership to ensure that he delivers.

"Kisii residents should get access to good roads, clean water, better healthcare, improved security and proper education among the children in the County. Jubilee leadership in the county will not sit and watch governor Ongwae and MCAs misuse county funds meant for development," he said.

He called on Jubilee elected MCAs in the county not to fall into the governor's tricks and fail on their oversight roles.

"MCAs affiliated to Jubilee party should be keen not to be bribed by the NASA governor so that they can allow him to embezzle funds in the County," added Omweri.
