Through the questionnaires and forms issued to the Kiambu sub-county heads, the residents will be required to fill all the information they have – be it a compliment or a complaint.

Speaking in a Journalists Interactive Forum held in Bluepost hotel Thika, the JMVB chairman Rashad Rao said their aim is to eliminate all the corrupt officials in the judiciary and mostly the judges and magistrates.

"We are here to eliminate all the corrupt and unsuitable staff in the judiciary and we want the residents of Kiambu County to cooperate and help us get through our mandate," he said.

"We are assigned to ensure the public view the judiciary as a perfect institution rather than a corrupt institution as it has been," Rao insisted.

He was accompanied by the whole vetting board, who echoed his sentiments, urging journalists to insist on the need to give information to the public.
