ODM nominated MP Oburu Odinga has said that there is enough evidence to be used to prosecute IEBC Commissioners .
According to Dr Oburu, the country will be promoting impunity if IEBC Commissioners are not prosecuted for mishandling the 2013 elections which was highly contested.
The former Bondo legislator claimed that the commissioners were hired to manipulate the election results.
"Even though they have gone voluntarily, as far as we know, those people are very dishonorable and their integrity is questionable until proved innocent by courts," Oburu was quoted by the Star as saying.
Speaking at Raliewu Primary School over the weekend on Saturday, Oburu who is Cord leader Raila Odinga's elder brother said the only way to wipe the culture of election rigging in the country is to ensure that the outgoing commissioners are punished so that they serve as an example to others.
