A five-year-old pupil in Mombasa died on Tuesday morning after falling into a septic tank.A teacher at Kwa Jomvu Primary School said the kindergarten pupil slipped into the septic tank shortly before the morning lessons.The teacher said the boy was with two other students who raised alarm after the incident occurred.Changamwe police boss Peter Omanwa who confirmed the incident said the body of the pupil was retrieved from the tank."Police officers have collected the body and the family is already planning for burial. Investigations have been launched,” said Omanwa, as quoted by the Nation.
