The 22-year-old student of JKUAT whose body was found chopped in pieces had before her death quarrelled with her brother over a Weetabix meal.
Grace Mwaura went missing last Thursday before Police officers attached to Juja police station found her body parts including her limbs and intestines, stuffed in a bucket and hidden in their house in Kahawa Sukari.
Other parts of her body were found at a coffee plantation in the Kalimoni area in Juja, Kiambu County.
Detectives have learnt that Mwaura, a fourth year engineering student, had a quarrel with her brother Charles over a Weetabix meal reiterating that the suspect has said he was infuriated after the deceased accused him of eating her Weetabix meal;
Ruiru police boss Isaac Thuranira revealed that they have nabbed Charles who has confessed to the murder but is currently admitted at a Nairobi hospital where he is receiving treatment after attempting to commit suicide.
