Queen of Angels Academy has produced the best student in Uasin Gishu County in the just-released 2017 KCPE exam results.

Dande Asiko who scored 436 marks said it was through hard work, putting God first and determination that made her succeed.

“I thank God for this results, I knew I could perform well but not being the first pupil in the county. I want to join Alliance Girls High School since it’s the best school,” she said at the school premises, Tuesday.

Doreen Chepngetich who came second got 435 while Collins Marage who scored 425 marks was position three.

Principal Mary Baraza attributed the good results to disciplined pupils teamwork between students, parents, and teachers.

“I want to thank God for these exemplary results since it’s the best since the school was started. We have a mean score of 436 which is an improvement from the last years 352,” she said.

“With a class population of 46 we managed to take 15  pupils to national schools,” she added.
