Former NASA presidential running mate Kalonzo Musyoka has been urged to jump ship from opposition to join Jubilee.
Machakos County elders led by Johnstone Kitili on Wednesday said Kalonzo should ditch NASA to remain relevant politically.
"Ukambani region will remain behind in terms of development. Kalonzo should ditch opposition and join the government which will help in tackling problems such as drought facing people in the region," Kitili stated.
He said Kalonzo should consider working with president Uhuru Kenyatta for the sake of developing Ukambani region.
"We love our son Kalonzo because he has always been listening to our advice. Let him join Jubilee since he has initially been doing good politically and avoid being misused in the opposition side," he added.
The elders accused Raila Odinga for not accepting Kenyans will to accept and move on.
"Raila is a selfish politician who should be avoided at all cost because he will lead the country to dogs," he added.
