Kirinyaga Central MP and gubernatorial hopeful Joseph Gitare has said that Raila Odinga cannot win the coming elections even if he compiled the entire opposition into one party.
Speaking at the Kerugoya Catholic Church on Friday, Gitare said that the big vote Raila had received in the 2013 general poll had been occasioned by former Senator Otieno Kajwang who had registered people under 18 years while he served as the immigration minister.
He termed Raila a perennial loser and asked him to desist from making sensational rigging accusations against Jubilee regarding the coming elections.
“Raila is a perennial loser and he will remain the opposition leader," Gitare said.
He added that such sensational comments by the Cord leader were dangerous as they could trigger violence in the country.
