Cord leader Raila Odinga has been criticized over allegations of scrapping off a Nominated MPs name from the ODM register.
Nominated MP Isaac Mwaura has said that his name was removed from the register without due process being followed.
This is after ODM wrote to Registrar of Political Parties on the expulsion of Mwaura and nine other rebels, saying their names needed to be removed from the member register.
Mwaura, who was speaking during a rally in Taita Taveta on Friday further stated that ODM will not win the presidency in 2017.
The MP also said that Kenyans are tired of a party with double standards and a leader who gives them proverbs.
"We have refused to listen to the stories... We are moving far away... We have decided. ODM does not want to give youths opportunities," he said.
