Jubilee Party has accused NASA leader Raila Odinga of harboring dictatorial tendencies, by insisting that things have to go his way.

The leaders led by President Uhuru Kenyatta and deputy William Ruto said the leader’s call on supporters not to take part in the polls unless his demands are met are an indicator that the he was out to satisfy his personal interests.

The team is entering on its last stretch of campaigns, with the polls slated for October 26.

“We are telling him, my good friend, that Kenya is not about an individual, Kenya is for all of us for 55 million Kenyans, Kenya is not about satisfying the dream of one man, satisfying the ego of one man, if your dream is over, pray for your children,” said Kenyatta.

“Don’t bother us every time because you feel your dream has not come true, people don’t have to die for you to satisfy your ego,” he added.

The president also chided Raila for pulling out of the race stating that his actions are not putting the state in a perpetual political dilemma, but also damaging the economy.

“The 12 billion shilling could have been used to build roads, hospitals and other projects to benefit the country. We are saying if you are tired, no problem, it is our choice,” added Kenyatta.
