Opposition chief and former Premier Raila Odinga has accused the ruling Jubilee coalition of failing to fulfill the promises it made to Kenyans during the 2013 campaigns.
Speaking at a political rally in Taita Taveta county on Thursday, the Cord leader further accused the government of being insensitive with key matters affecting Kenyans.
The leader who was winding up his three-day tour in the county before proceeding to the neighboring Kwale county further called upon Kenyans to ensure that they have their votes in place in order to send the Jubilee government home.
''Wake up, let us all take votes and put into power a government that can look into your problems," said Odinga.
The rally also saw the party defectors come under sharp criticism from leaders terming it inconsequential.
Suna East Lawmaker Junet Mohamed termed the newly launched JP as a two-man party with no leadership structure.
''People who are moving into the Jubilee Party are not even aware of who the Secretary General or the Treasurer are, it is solely a party of Uhuru and Ruto.''He said
