NASA leader Raila Odinga, addresses the press at past. [Photo|Raila Odinga]The National Super Alliance (Nasa) has once again hit out at Safaricom Ltd, after its CEO Bob Collymore, dismissed allegations that the telecommunication firm was used to rig election in August 8.Nasa presidential candidate Raila Odinga, on September 26, named six Safaricom staff, who he claimed played role in subverting his win, in favour of President Uhuru Kenyatta. However, Collymore responded in a quick rejoinder through a statement, daring Nasa to prosecute its staff, saying it delivered its mandates, as asked by the IEBC.On Wednesday, September 27, Odinga slammed Safaricom, saying it failed to answer crucial questions he raised."Yesterday, we said Kenyans are being treated to a huge conspiracy that incorporates local and global players including big businesses. We specifically said Safaricom colluded with OT-Morpho and routed results to servers abroad but made no provision to return those results to Kenya," said Odinga."Safaricom has today bought space in all print media to lament that it is being targeted. The question we asked has not been answered. Did Safaricom route results to server in Paris or anywhere in Europe? Did it route those results back to Kenya?" he added.Speaking during a meeting with Maa leaders, Raila noted "big corporations are part and parcel of the killing of democracy in Kenya."He warned that Nasa would not allow Kenya to be the playground for forces that want to stifle the country's progress.
