This comes barely a month after his last tour saw him traverse the region in an attempt to mend the political ‘damage’ caused by Ababu Namwamba and other party rebels from the region.

According to ODM Director of Communications Dennis Onyango, Odinga will hold talks with grassroots leaders in the nine constituencies of Kakamega before addressing the public.

“Raila will visit nine constituencies of Khwisero, Butere, Shinyalu, Ikolomani, Lurambi, Navakholo, Malava, Lugari and Likuyani,” said Onyango.

On Sunday, the former premier is expected to make a number of stopovers in Kakamega county.
