National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has said that Cord leader Raila Odinga has no realistic chances of ruling Kenya because God does not want him to rule.
Speaking in Likoni on Saturday, the Garissa Township lawmaker claimed that no matter what the opposition did, Jubilee were bound to win the next poll by more than 8 million votes and that Mr Odinga would never come close.
"If God has not decided that you will be Kenya's president, you cannot force Kenyans," Duale said as quoted by the Star.
He further claimed that the Cord leadership was marred with ethnicity as compared to Jubilee, further warning that Raila's days were therefore numbered.
"What Raila is doing in Kenya is dangerous. He has enslaved the 'Luo nation'. Now that he has done that, he wants to export it to other communities and other regions," he added.
According to Duale, IEBC has registered more than 14 million voters ahead of the next election with 8 million of the registered coming from Jubilee strongholds.
