Former Prime Minister and Cord leader Raila Odinga has paid tribute to Mzee Simeon Nyachae’s family over the loss of Mama Esther, Nyachae’s wife.
Raila who was at Nyaosi on Sunday said that his father and Mzee Nyandusi were great friends hence he deserved to mourn with the family.
He further noted that the late Mama Esther Nyachae was a hardworking and jovial mother who took care of her family.
“My late father and Nyandusi were great friends, the friendship that lasts to date. That’s why I have come to mourn with the family of my good friend, Mzee Simeon Nyachae, may Mama Esther’s soul rest in eternal peace,” mourned Odinga.
Governor Ongwae and Senator Ong’era who accompanied Odinga also shared their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of the late Esther.
“We have come so that we can mourn with the family and give our tribute," Ongwae said.
Mama Esther will be laid to rest on Monday at her Nyaosi home in Nyaribari Masaba .
