Opposition leader Raila Odinga says there will be 'severe' consequences should the government contemplate rigging August polls.
Odinga further says he is not 'foolish' accept another bungled election adding that the vote of majority must count.
The former Prime Minister did not concede 2007 elections leading to formation of grand coalition government and in 2013, the election dispute was settled at the Supreme Court.
"Never again shall we accept bungled elections. I am not that foolish to keep on being short changed by individuals who have never won in a free and fair election," he said in Bungoma on Saturday.
He added: "There will be consequences should they dare to rig. Time has come for the vote of all Kenyans to count because that is what we call democracy."
Even though he did not specify the impeding consequences, Odinga urged supporters from his strongholds to vote in large numbers come August.
