Raila Odinga will after all focus on civil disobedience, peaceful protests, non-cooperation to Jubilee government in addition to People's Assembly as opposed to swearing-in.
For many days now, the opposition team has been threatening for forming a parallel government, a move that has been widely criticized.
"If there will be no dialogue, we are very keen to take oath of office and that will solve Kenya's problem," said Kalonzo Musyoka.
At the eve of Jamhuri Day, the opposition team had to cancel swearing-in plans on grounds that Musyoka was not in the country.
But Odinga, according to the Sunday Nation, will now reignite civil disobedience, product boycott and protests to compel Jubilee administration allow dialogue.
"Within the first week of new yea, we shall unveil programme for civil disobedience, peaceful protests and non-cooperation," said Raila.
His charged supporters have been pushing for his swearing-in, a move that is said to be fronted by youthful politicians in NASA.
