He said the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) colluded with his political rivals by sneaking-in close to two million votes, to give incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta victory.

According to the ODM party leader, investigations by an international agency revealed the rigging after the polls were done.

He noted detailed probe into the elections indicated at least 10 million voters, voted for senators, women representatives, ward representatives, governors and Members of Parliament, while at least 12 million others voted for the President.

“The two million votes were cast abroad and taken for stuffing in Central Kenya. After they were rejected by the computers, they were reflected directly in the IEBC's server in favor of Jubilee,” Raila said.

The former Prime Minister indicated the Jubilee Alliance had 4.7 million presidential votes while Cord had 5.8 million presidential votes, translating to a difference of 1.1 million votes.

"This was a victory to Cord, but was given to Jubilee," he noted.

He was speaking in Waondo, Mbita Constituency, Homa Bay County, for the second memorial anniversary of his late friend Senator Gerald Otieno Kajwang.

Accompanied by ODM deputy leader Hassan Joho and host governor Cyprian Awiti, Raila laid a wreath at the late Kajwang's mausoleum.

He on Sunday further emphasised that Cord is keen to ensure no more rigging in the upcoming 2017 general elections.
